Refund Policy

Authorization vs. capture

At checkout, we authorize your payment method. If a provider does not approve treatment, the authorization is released and you are not charged for the medication plan.

After approval

Once treatment is approved and payment captured, fees for clinical services rendered are generally non-refundable. Unopened medication returns are subject to pharmacy and state law restrictions and may not be eligible for return.

Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly offered.
