By using NexGen Telehealth websites, apps, or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Not emergency care

Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where we offer services. You agree to provide accurate information.

Clinical relationship

Medical care is provided by independent licensed clinicians. NexGen Telehealth provides the technology platform. Prescriptions are never guaranteed and are issued only when clinically appropriate after provider review.

Subscriptions & billing

Subscription plans renew monthly unless paused or cancelled. Cards may be authorized before provider approval and captured upon approval. See Refund Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexGen Telehealth disclaims warranties and limits liability as set forth in the final attorney-approved version of these Terms.
